Job Description
A well-established company is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the presentation and availability of products in retail stores, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement strategic merchandising plans to optimize product placement and visual displays
- Regularly visit stores to assess stock levels, replenish inventory, and monitor competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and marketing strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend product assortment and pricing adjustments
- Build strong relationships with store managers and negotiate prime shelf space
Requirements:
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
