Job Description
Join Glob Pro BrainHunters as a Member Support Executive! Your primary responsibilities include operating telephone stations to manage incoming calls, addressing member inquiries regarding healthcare accessibility, and handling complaints.
You will assist in requesting letters of guarantee for secondary and tertiary care, validate coverage, and ensure timely communication with members.
Requirements include 6 months of call center experience, being a Malay male under 35 years old, and fluency in English and Bahasa. The salary package ranges from RM 2,00 to RM 2,500, with overtime and shift allowances.
