Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
- A medical record assistant is responsible for managing patients’ health records and history. Their main duties include gathering and filing patient information and processing discharge papers including scanning and uploading clinical documents into Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Report all accidents/incidents and hazards to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/incident.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and directed by the immediate superior.
