Job Description

AVISENA HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Medical Record Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing medical reports for insurance claims and assisting patients with their inquiries regarding medical report applications.

Key duties include maintaining medical and insurance records, managing office communications, processing invoices, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, the candidate will prepare monthly reports on quality and safety activities and provide operational support as needed.
