Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Manager to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory facility and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all laboratory procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall functioning of the laboratory, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Supervise and train laboratory staff, providing guidance and support in conducting tests and experiments.
- Review and interpret laboratory results, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to healthcare providers.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Manager, preferably in a medical or clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, regulations, and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
