Job Description

SRIM Group’s Healthcare Division is currently seeking Medical Assistant or Staff Nurse to join our client’s clinics near you. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian
• Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistant/Nursing/Medical Science or related field
• With/Without experience can apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and external parties
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiar with medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
• Knowledgeable in patient care and examination procedures
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during emergencies
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description:

• Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in patients
• Obtain necessary patient information, update patient records, and ensure completion of forms and consents
• Check-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services
• Handle billing process
• Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health history
• Set-up EKG machines, administer injections and medications
• Perform routine specimen collection and tests
• Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
• Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies

Location: Jalan Datuk Sulaiman

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: From RM2,100.00 per month
