Job Description
Who You Are
You will be responsible for ensuring a car or other motor vehicle meets all industry regulations. Reporting to Retail Manager at our Retail Centre, your tasks will include vehicle examinations and customer service.
Your Day-To-Day
- Assess vehicle condition (interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment).
- Note damages and repairs needed.
- Provide detailed documentation and reports.
- Take and upload photos during inspections.
- Start and move vehicles as directed.
- Utilize computer software for reports.
- Offer prompt and courteous service.
- Follow-up with customers post-inspection.
- Other assigned duties.
Your Know How
- Minimum Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in related field.
- Preferably with specialization in Mechanical/Automotive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
