Job Description
Key Roles:
- Perform daily routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance schedule.
- Carry out corrective maintenance/rectification & maintenance work of properties.
- Ensure equipment and facilities/properties are in good working condition.
- Make general repairs if equipment and facility/property cannot be operated.
- Modify equipment or facility/property for better quality and productivity working conditions.
- Ensure the repairing work follows requirements and standards.
- Control waste during any assignments.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of equipment and facilities maintenance.
- Attend to feedback/complaints/service requests and report to superior.
- Undertake building repair work and complete it within the given time frame.
- Troubleshoot and undertake hands-on repair work for any issues relating to building facilities promptly.
- Liaise with contractors for repair work and supervise them to maintain work standards.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidates who possess Chargeman Certificate A0/A1/A4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of working experience in building facility M&E or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Specialized in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team.
- Able to work in shifts and willing to work during weekends, Public Holidays, and be on-call.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
