Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise the M&E team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Review and approve M&E designs, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience as an M&E Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
