Job Description
As a Maxis Consumer Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your primary role will involve making outbound calls to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their overall experience with our products and services.
You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. A good understanding of our products and services will be essential, as you will be required to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to address their concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve the company’s customer service objectives.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
