Job Description
As a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative at Maxis, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our consumers through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, provide support, and promote Maxis products and services in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls to Maxis consumers in Mandarin.
- Build positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs effectively.
- Product and Service Promotion:
- Educate customers on Maxis products and services.
- Promote new offerings, upgrades, and special promotions.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
- Gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or telesales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
