Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related fields
- Able to work independently on tight deadlines, independent and fast learner
- Less Than 1 year working with aviation
- Able to work in multitask
- Computer literate
Responsibilities & Duties:
- To ensure a steady flow of materials required to be supplied and available in inventory for operation requirement
- Monitoring and update parts status to engineering team
- Ensure all parts and material purchased from supplier are provided with certificate and comply with the authorities.
- To monitor yearly schedule and unscheduled maintenance
- To monitor or follow up with purchase order with relevance department
- To update daily status of purchase order and repair order material for stock availability
- To ensure rotable unserviceable item send to vendor
- Proper monitoring and control of all shelf life items
- To assist any ad-hoc job given by superior
