Job Description
1) Customer Care
- Reply to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, Shopee (provide landing page website link)
- Follow up with customers
2) Sales
- Update stories/status
- Conduct sales
- Monitor stock levels
3) Copywriting
4) Manage website orders
- Check order processing
- Print invoices & receipts
- Update tracking numbers
- Enter data into website reports
