Job Description

• Working with the incumbent agency and internal key stakeholders to deliver effective and engaging marketing campaigns for the Group.
• Manage the Group CRM database activity in terms of the production of targeted data segmentation and extraction for digital communications.
• Gather and share marketing analytics on a monthly basis to demonstrate campaign measurables (i.e., web analytics, email open rates, google ads impressions, etc.)
• Update the quarterly telephone messaging (hold messaging) in accordance with the current quarterly offers for all brands.
• Creating and scheduling social media posts to engage and increase our social media community.
• Monitor, update, and respond to reviews on the Group Google Business pages.
• Assisting with the production of marketing collateral – sourcing quotes, liaising with the external marketing and digital agencies to produce artwork for campaign activity.
• Assisting with the general running of the marketing department and being willing and flexible to take on any marketing tasks when asked.
