Job Responsibility:
- Research and identify digital marketing trends as well as monitor our competitors’ online presence in order to propose reactive campaign strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new trends and techniques in digital marketing to constantly improve the company’s corporate image and presence in the industry.
- Work together with the marketing team to design and produce media creatives for advertising.
- To manage the media content and accounts of the company, including WordPress.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through the tracking and analysis of advanced performance metrics (ROI and KPIs), and recommend improvements.
- Strategize and execute campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Support the team with other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Specialty in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Creative Media preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding in design and editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Media buy experience in platforms including YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is a must.
- Experience in WordPress is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
