Job Description
Duties:
- Assist the marketing team in daily management tasks.
- Identify potential vendors, negotiate pricing for marketing materials.
- Prepare procurement requests, process invoices, and track expenses.
- Coordinate deliveries, distribute marketing materials, and update team members.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, trade shows, and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the marketing team.
- Develop marketing campaigns for online and offline platforms.
- Manage marketing databases and CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
