Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Technologist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technologist, you will be responsible for evaluating existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to optimize productivity and quality.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining manufacturing procedures and guidelines.
- Conducting process audits and providing technical support to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Monitoring production metrics and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
