Job Description
- Maintain good attendance and self-discipline in work
- Ensure that manufacturing activities/processes are carried out and comply with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Accurate record-keeping of various production records – GMP Logbook & Cleaning and Sanitation form (CnS Form)
- Report to the superior if any non-conformance and deviation from instructed procedures are detected
- Conduct the process of dispensing, manufacturing, cleaning, and sanitation according to GMP
- Ensure safety in the workplace is observed and practiced at all times
- Immediately inform the superior of any production situations that may potentially compromise the safety or health of the production personnel
- Report and record any injuries resulting from an industrial accident into the logbook
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health and Safety Laws and company’s best practices. Report non-compliances to the line supervisor
- Carry out any other assigned duties reasonably from time to time
