Job Description

Nestlé believes in offering opportunities to make a meaningful impact. The Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme is a 12-month initiative tailored for young talents, designed to equip you with essential skills to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

In this role, you’ll lead manufacturing projects and collaborate with the Factory Leadership Team to promote best practices across our factories.

Ideal candidates should be fresh graduates with a CGPA of 3.2 or above, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in the FMCG industry. A minimum commitment of 12 months is required.
