Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute, manage, and follow up on the selling process for local and overseas markets.
• Identify and expand customer base.
• Build rapport with existing customers.
• Update management on market trends and competitors.
• Meet sales targets and combine technical knowledge with selling skills.
• Experience in B2B sales in construction and housing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Business/ Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in Flooring/Housing Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia skills are a plus.
