Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute, manage, and follow up on the selling process for local and overseas markets.
• Identify and expand new customer bases domestically and overseas.
• Build rapport and increase value with existing customers.
• Update management on market trends and competitor activities.
• Meet sales targets and combine technical knowledge with selling skills.
• Experience in B2B sales in construction and housing projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is a plus.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Flooring/Housing Sales required.

Benefits:

• Basic salary: RM3,500.00 – 3,800.00
