Job Description
To handle sales calls, emails, and inquiries from existing or new customers.
To assist in achieving the sales target set by the company.
To coordinate with Production & Logistics personnel to convey/update delivery or shipment information to customers.
To assist in identifying, managing, and securing existing and new accounts while maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
To ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers.
To promote a good Company’s image.
To provide good customer service to other departments and promote teamwork spirit among the sales team and with other departments.
To educate and update customers regarding product information and specifications.
