Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin Speaking Property Sales and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The role will require excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, as you will be responsible for liaising with Chinese clients and assisting them in property sales transactions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with Chinese clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Conduct property viewings and assist clients in finding their ideal property
  • Prepare sales materials and contracts in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential
  • Prior experience in property sales or real estate is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
