Job Description
Join Glob Pro BrainHunters Sdn Bhd as a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative! We are looking for dedicated individuals to enhance our customer service team. Your responsibilities will include actively listening to customer needs, providing professional greetings, and maintaining knowledge of our products and services. You will also document calls, track information, and participate in improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements include a minimum 6 years of experience for SPM holders, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Cyberjaya with a monthly pay ranging from RM4,500.00 to RM5,00.00.
