Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handle data entry and day-to-day accounts recording functions
- Manage full set of accounts and month end closing
- Monthly inter-company billing, claims, and payment management
- Prepare audit schedules and monthly management reports
- Liaise with external parties
- Ensure timely and accurate accounts recording and reporting
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement:
- LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in handling full set of accounts and basic accounting procedures
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software
