Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handle data entry and day-to-day accounts recording
- Manage full set of accounts and month-end closing
- Handle monthly inter-company billing, claims, and payments
- Prepare audit schedules and monthly management reports
- Liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, and more
- Ensure timely and accurate accounts recording and reporting
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirement:
- At least LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
- Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Proficient in English & Malay; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM3,800.00 – RM4,200.00
