Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mandarin Early Childhood Educator to join our team at WYNKIDS EDUCATION GROUP. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote children’s language and cognitive development.
- Providing Mandarin language instruction and support to children aged 2-5 years old.
- Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, play, and learn.
- Collaborating with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child’s learning progress.
- Observing and assessing children’s development, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is essential.
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passionate about early childhood development and creating a positive learning experience for children.
