Job Description
Job Scope:
Handling customers’ inquiries through calls, messages, email, and more.
Solving problems with great manners to meet customer expectations through excellent communication skills and fluency in languages.
Requirement:
Experienced in Customer Service Representative or related field and industry.
Non-experienced workers are welcomed.
Proficiency in Mandarin.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Good typing skills.
