Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Executing the Rollout according to agreed scope and contractual commitment
- Ensure progress reporting within the defined tools (Milestones)
- Attend Project meetings and report progress to the top management
- Schedule and run weekly meetings with the service provider
- Ensure the agreed quality
- Day-to-day operative Rollout planning
- Problem solving for all day-to-day related Rollout issues
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication
- Monitor and review service levels
- Aim customer satisfaction
Job Type: Contract
Salary: From RM7,500.00 per month
