Job Description
The Manager, Service Department (Automotive) is responsible for providing exceptional leadership and overseeing the efficient operations of the service department in the automotive industry. This pivotal role requires strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all activities within the service department, including scheduling, customer service, quality control, and parts inventory.
