Job Description
We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Manager to lead our Service Department in the automotive industry. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of service technicians, scheduling and coordinating service appointments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and monitoring service quality and performance standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in automotive service management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering results. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential for managing multiple tasks and resolving issues effectively.
