We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Manager to lead our Service Department in the automotive industry. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of service technicians, scheduling and coordinating service appointments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and monitoring service quality and performance standards.
