Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager, Regulatory Compliance Management at Royal Bank of Canada. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance to ensure that our company operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to assess compliance levels, and providing training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will be responsible for staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and providing recommendations to management on necessary changes or improvements. You will also work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulations.
