Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – QA to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Smarttrend Sdn Bhd. As the Manager – QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing quality assurance practices and procedures to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance program
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Manage a team of QA engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA requirements are met
- Conduct regular quality audits and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance
