Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Manager, HR Business Partnering at Schindler Lifts (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources strategies with our business objectives to drive organizational success.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement, enhance performance, and enable talent development. You will provide guidance and support to line managers on all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that support the achievement of business goals.
- Implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Managing the full cycle of talent acquisition, including identifying talent gaps, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Facilitating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Providing advice and coaching to line managers on various HR issues, such as performance management and employee relations.
