Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Human Resources and Administration department. As the Manager, HR and Administration, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our HR functions and administrative tasks.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Overseeing performance management and employee development programs.
- Handling employee relations and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration.
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of HR best practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A minimum of [number of years] years of experience in HR management is required.
