Job Description
– Managing employee documentation matters (application for leave, employee contract)
– Managing spa & salon finances
– Handling negative feedback by solving customer complaints
– Train new employees in attending customers and teaching them how to do facials and treatments
– Responsible for machine maintenance
– Conducting consultation sessions with customers
– Provide advice on skin care therapy
– Performing facial treatment for customers
– Provide hair treatment services for customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,00.00 per month
