Job Description
Dafeya is one of the subsidiaries of Herbaworks Healthcare Setia Alam, which has been established for 9 years in Malaysia. Dafeya specializes in the fashion industry and invites women to join us in building a career here. Various facilities and benefits await you.
Job Scope:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans both online and offline.
- Provide market feedback to top management on competitive market needs and demands.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved according to KPI.
- Generate ideas for the latest design trends and collaborate with fabric suppliers and tailors.
- Monitor and supervise team performance.
Qualifications:
- Aged between 23 and 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in fashion team management.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to lead a team.
- Expertise and interest in fashion is a plus.

Salary & Working Hours:
- RM2,500 ~ RM4,00 monthly (based on experience)
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (once a month)
- Sunday: Off
