Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Manager & Counsel in our organization. As a Manager & Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various legal matters and providing guidance and advice to our executive team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Advising on various legal issues such as contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Managing and overseeing litigation and legal disputes, including working with external legal counsel.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support on business decisions and initiatives.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. A minimum of [X] years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in [industry/field], is required.
