Job Description
- Establish a good relationship with key decision-makers through timely notifications/reminders to assist the General Manager in completing tasks on time.
- Support the General Manager in tracking information, analyzing industry trends, staying up-to-date with market developments and competitor activities to maintain a leading position in the market. Provide appropriate notifications, monitor social media, and offer any necessary support.
- Identify and research opportunities related to the SCS industry and emerging trends in the existing market.
- Engage in outbound marketing activities via phone, email, etc. to create sales opportunities.
- Showcase service and industry knowledge to effectively market and promote company services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, maximizing sales opportunities. Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager or team leader.
- Assist in completing assigned ad-hoc tasks by superiors/managers.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand your professional network and represent the company.
- Confidently conduct face-to-face sales demonstrations: effectively present sales and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points and advantages of the products.
