Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products including takaful financial, medical, income, children education, and retirement to potential clients.
• Provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs.
• Build strong client relationships to retain and grow clients’ wealth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Actively market and sell insurance products to all clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in roles like Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Training, Finance, or Sales.
• Preferably in Sales-Financial Services (Insurance) or equivalent.
• Must be creative, have a take-charge personality, good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Location: Radia Office, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM10,00.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
