Job Description
1) Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Higher Diploma in any disciplines from a Local/Overseas university.
2) NO WORKING EXPERIENCE is needed.
3) Must be willing to work on the retail floor of a supermarket.
4) Successful candidates will be trained to lead and manage an assigned department in a branch of Matahari Supermarket.
5) Candidates will be trained to master all knowledge and skill sets, as well as the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various departments of the supermarket, including product knowledge, stock display, stock ordering & stock level control, and manpower deployment and supervision, among others.
6) Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be promoted to Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor positions in a department of a branch of Matahari Supermarket located nearest to their home address.
7) This position offers excellent career advancement opportunities for young graduates to gain necessary supervisory and operational knowledge and skills for management positions in the retail industry.
