Job Description
As a Malaysia Consumer 4P Manager, your role will be crucial in driving business growth and brand success. You will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-related strategies, focusing on the 4Ps: product, price, promotion, and place.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for consumer products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet consumer demands
- Define pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Oversee distribution channels and ensure products are easily accessible to consumers
- Monitor and analyze market performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in consumer marketing and a deep understanding of the Malaysian market are highly desired.
