Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities both on-site and in the office.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and process maintenance-related documentation, such as work orders and purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including filing, data entry, and organizing relevant documents.

- Respond to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders related to maintenance activities.
