Job Description
Jobscope
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office for maintenance work.
- Processing quotation, invoice and claim.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Liaise with internal department and external party to follow up on related administrative matters.
- Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
