Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Loyalty Assistant to join our team. As a Loyalty Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our loyalty program initiatives and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks will include assisting in the development of loyalty strategies, analyzing customer data, and coordinating communication with program members. Additionally, you will help in organizing loyalty events and promotions.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong passion for customer service. Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with loyalty programs is a plus.
