Job Description
1. Assist driver loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
2. Assist driver reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
3. Assist driver handle reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
4. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
5. Assist driver providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
6. Assist driver with good navigation.
7. Replacement driver if necessary.
8. Ensure the condition of the lorry are being taken care.
9. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
10. Delivery work is not required every day. Help in the store when you are not going out for delivery.
11. Able to travel and willing to work overtime, Sunday or Public Holiday.
12. Responsible and trustworthy person.
13. Any other relevant task or function assigned by your immediate superior.
