Job Description:
Responsible in managing AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions through Cello Platform. Verify, communicate and generate invoice for customers, and verify/clear for service providers/vendors for daily operation transactions.
Logistics operation billing & verification
- Review and verify the billing information with supporting documents
- Ensure the transactions are created/cleared based on order created
- Process Account Receivable and Account Payable with Customer and Service provider invoice submission
- Interface error checking from Cello platform to SAP
- To meet and achieve the target of department KPIs
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business or any relevant studies with 0-3 years of working experience in Finance or Business administration
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Experience in Logistics area or supply chain management is a plus
- Possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving
- Independent and be able to work under a tight schedule
- Willing to work at Shah Alam
