Job Description:

Responsible in managing AR (Account Receivable) and AP (Account Payable) transactions through Cello Platform. Verify, communicate and generate invoice for customers, and verify/clear for service providers/vendors for daily operation transactions.

Logistics operation billing & verification

  • Review and verify the billing information with supporting documents
  • Ensure the transactions are created/cleared based on order created
  • Process Account Receivable and Account Payable with Customer and Service provider invoice submission
  • Interface error checking from Cello platform to SAP
  • To meet and achieve the target of department KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or any relevant studies with 0-3 years of working experience in Finance or Business administration
  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Experience in Logistics area or supply chain management is a plus
  • Possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving
  • Independent and be able to work under a tight schedule
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam
