• Manage and Control: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
• Timely Receiving: Ensure all products and goods are received promptly and accurately.
• On-Time Delivery: Guarantee all orders are completed on schedule and prepared for delivery.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce operational policies and standards to meet company requirements.
• Team Management: Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees, fostering a productive team environment.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff for skill enhancement and career growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams for smooth operations.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain warehouse, equipment, and environment to uphold safety standards.
• Ad-hoc Support: Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs.
