Job Description
工作職責：
- 管理和控制：監督日常倉庫運營，確保無縫協調和效率。
- 及時收貨：確保所有產品和貨物都能及時、準確地收到。
- 準時交貨：保證所有訂單按時完成並準備交貨。
- 政策實施：制定並執行營運政策和標準，以滿足公司要求。
- 團隊管理：為倉庫員工安排和分配任務，營造高效率的團隊環境。
- 員工發展：招募、培訓和指導倉庫員工以提高技能和職業發展。
- 協作：與內部和外部團隊密切合作，以實現順利營運。
- 安全和清潔：維護倉庫、設備和環境以遵守安全標準。
- 臨時支援：根據需要承擔額外任務以支援營運需求。
工作要求：
- 經驗：擁有至少 10 年零售業物流或倉儲經驗者優先。
- WMS 熟練程度：具有使用倉庫管理系統 (WMS) 軟體的經驗。
- 溝通：強大的溝通技巧，可以與團隊和利害關係人進行有效聯絡。
