Job Description
Responsibilities
- Warehouse operations management
- Order fulfillment and delivery arrangements
- Stock receiving, picking, labeling, packing, and issuing
- Daily and monthly reports such as aging report and order report
- Daily and monthly stock count to ensure no discrepancy
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Support shipping coordination and PO receiving
- Supervise the local logistics teams
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have Malaysia custom and shipping knowledge
- Able to speak Mandarin due to HQ and customer needs, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably physically fit as may need to carry cartons/goods at times
- Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required
- Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
