Job Description
Import & Export Shipment documentations.
- In charge of processing shipping document (BL, Packing List and etc) for customers
- Update and register outwards report based on booking received or order form sales
- Liaise with external parties such as liners, agent, and customer on the shipping documents requirement or payments issue prior to release documents to customer
- Processing government document such as PHYTO, MICCI, MITI, and etc to customer and ensure no delay of submission for approval.
- Ensure local charges for export to be in place and deliver documents to customer on time.
- Assisting import department in updating incoming containers and etc.
- Able to assist export operations in terms of communication with hauliers and send requisitions to them.
- Any job that deemed to be required by the company.
